i.. i need..... i need to...

use the toilet!

nah....that's not it.
i need/want to bulk up. i hate to say that i have shrunk at least one g2000 size, and prob like 2 inches off my waist. =( i dont like my skeletal look, and the fact that my muscles are visibly wasting away. boo hoo

the time when i best loved my body was in uni yr 1, when i was busy playing sports of all kinds (ok la, a few kinds only!) i could really feel and see the difference between then and now. sigh sigh.

i think even playing badminton occasionally (ie. once a yr) doesn't help much. i need to embark on a 3-days-a-wk, at least 30 min each session kind of exercise routine. anyone can help?

eh I AM TRYING TO FIND AN EXERCISE PARTNER HELLO. WHO IS THE ONE EVERYTIME CALL HER UP THEN SHE GOES, HAR? WALK AH? HAR? CYCLE AH? HAR.. I VERY LAZY LEH. I JUST BATHED LEH. I DUN WANNA MOVE MY BUTT LEH. EXCUSES EXCUSES! FINALLIIEEEEE SHE DECIDES SHE WANNA EXERCISE haha sorry for the caps :p excited to find SOMEONE who finally wanna exercise can. when do we start? wanna do swimming or blading/cycling tmr? call me. i just had my first night cycling. think my body will be aching tmr haha

haha i need to exercise too! the only exercise i do is cycle once a week and walk from my chair to the toilet 4 times a day? haha..maybe i will grow one g2000 size bigger in another month :P

hahah...okok. but i'm looking at a regular kind of plan, not a "eh, u free, let's go out now" kind...=P

and we'd have to do something more than just cycle in east coast. maybe we can set a day like say saturday for exercises? like hike in the nature reserves?

yes yes i wanna do something REGULARLY as well, esp when everyone - ok thats u and me - start work haha

for nw, since we are jobless, why dun we set mondays, wednesdays & saturdays for exercise? prefer evening or nite coz when u start work, thats the only time available anyway, so might as well as get into the habit nw.

i wld like to:
1. blade/cycle/jog - can do this at ecp or watever
2. swim - at my old condo is good. FREE!
3. trek but lets do it somewhere nearer to home

oh i very long never cycle liao. did many days OT last week and always v tired after work, so decided to exercise on weekends. but on weekends, i always feel lazy. sighhh..
