a $2 note

a few days ago, my father told me something which happened to his colleague.

one morning, as the colleague was opening his door to go to work, he found a $2 note wedged in a space between the door grilles. that's weird already, because i can't imagine how wind can blow paper into that kind of position, and what more money?
this colleague buys 4D regularly, so he betted on the note's serial number. i assume he took the last 4 digits or something.

he won the first prize.

this is not the first time he won first prize; besides first, he has also won 2nd n third, and consolations.
